Payment & Delivery

 

ORDERS BELOW S$80.00 = DELIVERY CHARGE OF $15-$20/per trip ( Depending on location )

 

ALL OTHER DELIVERY CHARGES & DELIVERY POLICIES :

1) Delivery to restricted area

  • * Sentosa Island
  • * Airport Location ( Terminals – public access areas & Cargo complex )
  • * All Military Camps
  • * All PSA Ports & Shipyards

There will be additional delivery charge of S$20/per trip to above locations. ( Jurong Island delivery to be arranged with us by phone ). For delivery to the above, please place order 24 hours in advance. Delivery details of receiver + all valid contact numbers to be given in advance & in accordance to the entry requirements at all the above locations.

We will not be liable for any damages caused directly & indirectly from the non-delivery of order to the reasons as stated :

  • * No one present at given address to accept the delivery.
  • * Wrong address given by sender for delivery./ No such person at given address
  • * Delivery contact number not given or wrong number given.
  • * Rejected or refused acceptance of order by receiver due to personal reasons.
  • * Unforeseen security issues with the restricted area entry due to security reasons.

2) Urgent Express Delivery & Specified Time delivery

There will be express delivery charge of S$30/per trip for orders which requires urgent express delivery. ( Delivery of order within 3 hours from confirmation of order, subjected to business operation hours )

For specified timing delivery, confirmation of order to be 24 hours in advance. There will be an additional charge of S$20/per trip for this specified timing delivery. ( Subjected to business operation hours )

3) Re-delivery charges

There will be a re-delivery charge of S$20/per trip for second attempt delivery if the initial first delivery was unsuccessful due to reasons stated below :

  • * No one present at given address to accept the delivery.
  • * Wrong address given by sender for delivery./ No such person at given address
  • * Delivery contact number not given or wrong number given.
  • * Rejected or refused acceptance of order by receiver due to personal reasons.

Re-delivery of order will be made on the same day subjected to business operation hours, otherwise re-delivery will be scheduled for the next working day and we will not be liable for the freshness of the order.

4) Re-direction charges

There will be a re-direction delivery charge of S$20/per trip for delivery to another requested delivery location after first initial delivery was attempted. All other additional charges will be charged as stated in the above terms.

PAYMENT METHODS :

All prices quoted in website are in Singapore dollars ( SGD$ ) and nett prices.

  • Cash, NETS & Credit Card Payment – Please come personally to our shop for payment.
  • Credit Cards – We accept the following for all online payments  : PAYPAL / MASTERCARD / VISA
  • ATM or Internet Banking Transfer : OCBC Current : Allure Florist & Tea Room LLP ( Account no. 576-086-292-001 )
  • Cheque payment ( For corporate clients only ) Payable to : Allure Florist & Tea Room LLP

Please email us ( enquiry@allureflorist.com.sg ) the proof of payment so as we can proceed with the necessary actions.

CANCELLATION POLICY :

 Cancellation of order request must be made in advance and cancellation charges listed below :

  • 1) If cancellation is made 48hours before the requested date of delivery, there will be a cancellation charge of 30% from total purchase price.
  • 2) If cancellation is made 24hours before the requested date of delivery, there will be a cancellation charge of 50% from total purchase price.

All request less than 24hours, will be charged at full purchase price.
